Hypo Focus Photography was started by Femke Puijman, with her passion for both horses and photography, she is able to capture just the right moment where the beauty of the horse and the technique come together.

Hypo Focus works as a freelance photographer for magazines, farms, companies, events and private photoshoots. We have a large collection of stockphotos for you to choose from, and we also accept photo assignments, specialized for your needs.

How we work:

When you've contacted us, we will find a date for the photoshoot that fits in both our agenda's. Sunny days are the best days for shooting pictures of your horse.

Make shure your horse is clean and ready before the photographer arrives, so we won't lose precious time on waiting for the horse to be ready.

Please ask one or more friends/grooms to help during the photoshoot, we'll need to try to get the horse's attention, and we need someone to aim the reflectionscreen at the horse's head & body for better lighting.

After the photoshoot, the photographer will take the pictues to the office, and sort out the good ones. Within 14 days, the pictues will be put on a webpage. And you will be notified when the page is online, for you to choose your photo prints. You can fill out the online mailform to order prints.

These image proofs, all have a copyright stamp on them, to protect the photographers copyrights.
